**** Specialized/Practical Knowledge:

Must have a *minimum of 2 full life cycle SAP implementation* and 2-3 years
*Support/Enhancement, project experience *
*Minimum of 2-3 years experience with SAP 4.7 platform
*Experience with the following functional areas critical; *Order to Cash,
Scheduling Agreements, Deliveries, Shipments and Billing. Knowledge of
Vistex preferred.
*Exposure to *ABAP code debugging
*Must have good *troubleshooting and analytical skills *
Ability to work *independently and with other functional / technical
teams*
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills

*Interaction:
*
Support Teams within AO and IO Service Lines while addressing Break/fix
issue resolution
Business Users - during break/fix issue Enhancements - requirements
gathering
Testing
Implementation
**** Complexity/Problem Solving:
*
Complex environment involving multiple Operating Concerns using the same BW
environment
*Focus:*
50% Break/Fix Support - issue resolution
25% User Support - assisting end user with how-to questions and queries
25% Enhancements / Projects
