This position will be responsible for cyber security architecture around the Office 365 Enterprise platform and may consult with internal customers, leadership, security analysts, and architects in other organizations on architectural directions related to information security. This position will be responsible for understanding cross-company business needs and designing solutions that meet business requirements while maintaining confidentiality, integrity and availability of information and systems. This position would be engaged in problem solving on complex systems and project issues. This position would also be a champion for standard development methodologies and SDLC process. *Major Job Duties:-* • Work with functional analysts and project leads to convert high level requirements into an architectural design that complies as appropriate with security standards. • Study, understand, and recommend industry, and vendor design patterns that can be applied as a technology solution to manage risk in an Office 365 environment. • Perform and/or lead targeted research and testing to validate, document, and recommend technology solutions intended to protect data in an Office 365 environment. • Mentor, support, guide and consult with other architects, analysts and developers regarding architectural standards and guidelines, coding techniques, design patterns and complex problems. • Continuously plan, develop and maintain roadmaps for common and specific security controls applied to assets, components and systems that aligns with long-term enterprise and business technology plans. • Study, define, and approve architectural standards, guidelines and design patterns that increase agility, flexibility, security, and reuse of solutions and assets. • Develop solutions that enable business functionality while maintaining confidentiality, integrity and availability of information and assets. *Required Qualifications: * • 10+ years of experience in information systems. • Experience of successfully defining, delivering enterprise messaging and collaboration migrations to Cloud based strategies that embrace the entire Microsoft Office 365 Enterprise platform. • Experience in designing, development and support of ADFS systems and solutions. • Experience in performing detailed analysis on complex systems. • Strong understanding of risk and information security specific to Office 365 deployments. • Advanced understanding of security solutions that support confidentiality, integrity, and availability such as Active Directory, ADFS,RMS, firewalls, IDS/IPS, PKI, SIEM, and VLANs. • Practical experience implementing NIST or other industry standard. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Extensive experience with mobile technology, Intune, Mobile Application Management (MAM). • Experience with OneDrive Sync functionality. *Desired Qualifications * • Current holder of CISSP, CEH or other industry certifications. • Experience with developing designs and architecture for emerging technology leveraging industry standards. • Should be able to convert documented business requirements into conceptual, logical and physical design documents. • Project management skills.
