Job details :- LOCATION: NYC RATE:DOE 12 MONTHS+ Senior .Net Application Developer Main Function Candidates for this position must have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills; 5+ years experience in .Net application development and software development life cycle. The candidate must have extensive knowledge of C#, WPF/Rich Internet Application (Microsoft Silverlight), and Microsoft Unity or Equivalent Agile containers. The candidate should possess a sound background in Multi-threading, Object Oriented Design, Refactoring and Unit Testing Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) applications. The candidate should be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and with strong communication skills. Prior experience with CAB (Composite UI Application Block, Developer Express, Windows Forms, trading systems are all pluses. Main Duties The position offers the successful candidate an opportunity to work with a unique team of peers in all phases of the development process. Main duties involve the design, and implementation of the next generation User Experience Interface of the firm’s Industry leading multi-asset portfolio analysis platform (POINT). In addition, the successful candidate will work alongside other POINT product groups to develop requirements and design specifications, including enhancements to core components of POINT.
