Candidates must have strong communication skills and be able to interact with the Functional team with ease. *** In this role the selected individual will interact with customers in refining requirements, producing technical designs, resolving problems and managing support issues. The resource will work within a small team to support large-scale production issues, enhance existing code/develop new code and test production fixes. A techno/functional background is critical.
