· Should be able to write common code for WPF and Silverlight
versions of the application
· Silverlight implementation for multiple browsers and operating
systems desired
· Should be well aware of performance optimization techniques
· Knowledge/experience in C++ preferred
· Should have experience in building and consuming web services
· Should have experience in complex architectural environments
involving multiple technologies
· Should have worked on Agile development methodology
*Responsibilities*
· Must have onsite-offshore coordination experience, prior TCS
onsite experience a plus
· Understand existing build and deployment process
· Guide the onsite and offshore teams on implementing high
performance WPF and Silverlight based applications
· Coordinate with system analysis, architecture and partnering
development teams for smooth execution of projects
· Must be creative and comfortable learning and using new
technologies
