Role: Sharepoint Developer Location: Sunnyvale, CA Type: 12 months+ Rate: $64.23/hr C2C max Job description: . B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field . 3 - 5 years of experience as SharePoint Architect/Developer . Deep technical and architectural understanding of MS solutions on SharePoint 2003 / 2007 / 2010 / 2013 . Experience in User Interface design . Experience with custom SharePoint solutions . Proven hands-on experience of SharePoint Designer 2013, SQL server Report Builder 3.0 and Visual Studio 2013 and Excel Services . Capable of generating proper queries in MSSQL, as well as experience with developing SQL/queries to extract data from HP ALM . Deep development experience with .NET Framework/Vb.Net/C#/Web Design/Java/SharePoint Object Model . Experience in HTML, CSS, XSL, XSLT, JavaScript is required . Experience with SharePoint templates (site templates, list templates, master page customization) is required . Ability to diagnose and resolve application, configuration, and code level technical support issues . Experience in database analysis, good knowledge of RDBMS databases (preferably SQL Server) . Expert knowledge of SDLC and best practices using SharePoint and add-ons . Ability to train users on SharePoint capabilities . Experience with configuring and managing JIRA a plus . Manage multiple tasks and projects in an environment of frequently-shifting priorities . Proactive and can-do approach to problem solving and resolution . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills . Ability to think outside the box and suggest creative solutions and options for program metrics . Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio . Experience with configuring and managing JIRA a plus .
