needed to streamline FSA business processes and to develop an effective
long-term IT system and enterprise architecture for Commodity Credit
Corporation (CCC) farm program delivery. MIDAS will provide the means for
customers, agents, business administrators and Information Technology (IT)
support to access and acquire the services and benefits of FSA farm programs
from anywhere at any time. MIDAS will also provide significant improvements
for oversight, management, and accountability for administering FSA farm
programs. MIDAS will provide for rapid implementation of policy driven
changes to farm programs administration and delivery to minimize manual
processes to acquire appropriate program benefits.

*Experience*:
Possesses 1 to 5 years experience with ABAP programming and SAP Technical
customizations. Experience shall also include the following:
• Technical design, development, testing, implementation, support and
documentation of development objects within a SAP ECC and CRM environment.
• Experience working in a Solution Manager environment
• Experience writing reports, BDC recordings, WebIC BSP, interfaces,
forms, Adobe forms, SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, data dictionary objects,
enhancements, and ABAP objects
• Knowledge of CRM Middleware, BDOCS, and External List Management
(ELM) and ABAP objects.
• Experience with Enterprise Portal, Web Dynpro, and Web Services

• Possesses a BS degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer

SAP E-Sourcing Technical Consultant
· Must have several years of experience and deep technical knowledge
of the SAP E-Sourcing solution specifically with multiple customer
implementations of SAP E-Sourcing modules including Projects, RFx, CLM,
Auctions and Supplier Management.
· Must have extensive experience with SQL programming for
development of custom reports and queries.
· Must have extensive experience with BeanShell scripting and
JavaScript for development of custom business logic and workflow development
within the SAP E-Sourcing application. Java programming and XML expertise a
plus.
· Must have extensive experience with advanced user interface
customizations and User-Defined Objects (UDOs).
· Must have experience with integrating the SAP E-Sourcing
application with the SAP ECC system specifically with transfer of
customizing objects, material and supplier data loads, RFx and CLM
integration. Experience with SAP ECC 6.0, ABAP programming, user exit/BADI

· Must have extensive experience with developing custom extract and

model to on-premise SAP E-Sourcing model. Experience with upgrade from

and development of custom queries, page customizations, forms, extensions,
reports, toolbar customizations and templates across all SAP E-Sourcing
modules.
· Must have deep functional and business knowledge of procurement,
strategic sourcing best practices, best-in-class event libraries and
templates, taxonomies, pricing strategies, and successful sourcing event
execution for various categories (MRO, Chemicals, IT, Engineering Services,
Packaging, Contract Labor etc).
· Must preferably have good technical knowledge of the SAP
E-Sourcing solution specifically with advanced user interface
customizations, scripting, report development, workflow development, portal
development, custom interface development, PI integration and Business
Objects reporting/dash boarding.
· Must have at least two implementations with the SAP E-Sourcing 7.0
solution with integration to SAP ECC 6.0 system, specifically to SAP MM
functionality.
· Must have worked with both hosted and on-premise installations of
SAP E-Sourcing.
· Must have experience with upgrades from hosted SAP E-Sourcing
model to on-premise SAP E-Sourcing model. Experience with upgrade from
hosted SAP E-Sourcing 5.0 to on-premise SAP E-Sourcing 7.0 a plus.
· Must have the ability to communicate clearly, in an understandable
manner and be able to translate SAP solution specific processes,
requirements and jargon into intelligent business language.
