We are looking one *Quality Analyst* with one of our direct client. *Location: Columbus, OH* *Duration: 12+ Months* *Face to face interview required* Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist Resumes will be sent over to Client Manager on Wednesday, 1/27 at 3pmEST. Extensions to the assignment could occur, depending on workload at time. Anticipated end date is 6/30. Onsite interviews are highly preferred. Ideal candidate would be available to begin work immediately, as this project is critical. Interviews will take place on Friday, 1/29. Interviews will be coordinated through Abby, Program Specialist with Knowledge Services. OhioMHAS is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist (QAS) 4 position. This individual will support all application development efforts within OhioMHAS. This individual will provide quality assurance operational objective by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews of systems; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer services standards. They will need to identify and resolve problems; completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing change. This individual will be preparing quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations. This individual will validate quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring productions; documenting evidence determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurances procedures. The QAS is responsible for the design, pilot, and implementation of the software quality assurance review processes. The QAS will work with Application Teams during pre and post assessment periods. For each phase end review the QAS is responsible to plan, schedule, execute, and document finds of the review. The individual must have a detailed understanding of processes which support the software development life-cycle. QAS4 Years of Experience: 10 plus years’ software development, testing and project management Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study Proven experience with a technical specialty across large and complex implementation and systems. Agency is currently using TFS.
