If the candidate doesn’t have a good personality or good communication, no matter how sharp they are, they will not get an interview. *MUST HAVES:* C#, REST, ASP.Net and MVC all must haves *Must Haves*: • Write C#/VB code in a multi-tiered, multi-threaded .NET environment. • MVC Framework using .NET Web based application development C#, VB.Net, Ajax, JSON, Web Services, IIS, JavaScript and ASP. • ASP.NET (UI pages, Web Services, Themes) • Knowledge of Version Control Software tools such as Subversion (SVN), Source Safe (6.0) and Team Foundation Server (TFS). • Familiarity with Visual Studio IDE (2008 - 2012) • Develop new and modify existing SQL Server objects. • Code software changes and fixes based on design specifications. • Proactively resolve issues in specification that will lead to a quality, high-performance, architecturally sound product. • Write code, test and debug application and data retrieval logic • Perform thorough unit testing on all relevant platforms as is appropriate for the particular task/project. • Regularly inform manager on progress of project, identifying risks early in the process. • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Designers to ensure understanding of business requirements. • Demonstrate self-directed and proactive approach to tackling problems and leveraging resources. Required Qualifications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and presentation skills • 4+ years’ experience in .NET technologies (C# and VB) • 4+ years’ experience in SQL development (MS SQL Server) • 4+ years’ experience in report writing (Crystal Reports) • Exposure to object oriented and n-tier architecture • Proven ability to manage individual daily responsibilities • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly • Desire to increase technical knowledge • Four year college degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
