*Scope of Work:
*
1. The task order will cover a wide range of services related to planning,
development, implementation, integration, maintenance, support and upgrading
of the County's ERP automated testing framework. The range of services
required includes, but is not limited, to the following which the Contractor
must provide in accordance with the specific requirements of the Task Order:
Provide Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) for automated testing of all key County
business processes and functionality. Including, but not limited to:
*Oracle EBS Functions/Modules* including: General Ledger, Accounts Payable,
Accounts Receivable, Assets, Web Applications Desktop Integrator, Payments,
Advance Collections, Cash Management, Bill Presentment Architecture,
Purchasing, Procurement Contracts, Services Procurements, Sourcing for
Oracle Purchasing, Project Management, Project Costing, Project Costing,
Project Billing for Project Costing, Grants; Human Resources, iRecruitment,
MeoGov, Insight Enterprise Edition (for vertex), Payroll, Compensation
Workbench, Labor Distribution; Vertex Payroll Tax Q Series*. Time and Labor,
Advanced Benefits, PeopleSoft Enterprise Pension Administration;
*Hyperion (Planning Plus, Workforce Planning, Performance Scorecard
Plus):*iReceivables, Internet Expenses, Inventory Management, Order
Management,
Warehouse Management, Supply Chain & Order Management Intelligence,
iProcurement; iSupplier Portal, Procurement Intelligence, Enterprise Asset
Management, Self-Service Work Requests for EAM, iAssets, Discreet
Manufacturing, Maintenance Intelligence, Financials Intelligence ( Including
Receivables Intelligence);
*Human Resources Intelligence*, Self-Service Human Resources, Performance

Reporting and Data Warehouse (Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition

Interactive Reporting{with Oracle data Integrator}, BI Publisher,
Discoverer, Crystal Reports for PeopleSoft Enterprise), Workflow, Oracle
Portal; Technology (Identity Management Connector, Identity and Access
Management Suite Management Pack for Identity Management, Application
Integration Architecture Foundation Pack, SOA Suite for Oracle Middleware,
Data Enterprise Edition, Data Integration Suite, Internet Application Server
Enterprise Edition, and Application Management Suite.
2. The Contractor must provide a Senior Test manager that is responsible to
ensure the quality, technical accuracy, timely completion and coordination
of all testing and SaaS activities. The Contractor must furnish a technical
account manager to oversee the initial deployment and ongoing requirements
for ERP manual and automated test execution. The Contractor must correct or
revise any errors or deficiencies in the services furnished, whether
identified by the County, the Contractor or a third party, without
additional compensation. The Contractor must also provide the County with
written monthly status reports and completion schedules for all tasks.
3. The Contractor must provide for software and application support, fixes,
and upgrades during non-work hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, etc.),
when necessary, to ensure the least amount of disruption to staff. Services
must be provided on-site, whichever the County and the contractor agree is
reasonably appropriate for completion of the task(s) required.
