Job Details: - Business Analyst for the enterprise search application, Person will interact with the middle to senior management IS folks, Do the requirement gathering - Write functional specifications, Review testing plan, approve testing plan, conduct testing, generate business information, suggest solution as required, interface with offshore team - Develop queries for data extraction. Participate in presentations Must Haves – Skills: - Good SDLC experience and knowledge - Very good understanding of the application UX - General understanding of web application architecture - Business process analysis, business process modeling, requirement specs - Oracle PL SQL expertise - Knowledge of Testing methodology - Model business processes Nice to Have/Skills: - CPG business processed How many years of experience? 7 -8/9 What project are they working on: Enterprise search application? Education/Certifications (Required): B.S /BE Top 3 Duties and percentage of time? 1.Business requirement analysis – 20 % 2. Functional specifications – 40% 3.
