*Need Lead .Net Developer, Need US Citizen or Green Card Holder Only* Position: Lead .Net Developer Location: San Diego, CA Duration: 1 year contract *Visa**: US Citizen or Green Card Holder Only* *Position Details:* - Responsible for implementing part or all of the technical solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed technical design. - Occasionally responsible for providing a detailed technical design for enterprise solutions. - Understands a broad spectrum of company technology in order to provide part or all of a detailed technical design which meets customer requirements. *Skills Required: * - In-depth knowledge of .NET, Visual Studio, C#, C++ - Should have experience in Java, .NET, C#, C++, - Good to have: Experience working on Windows 2012 servers, - Good to have: Experience in IIS Administration and configuration. - Good to have: Experience with Web applications. - Good to have: Experience with Apache - Good to have: Experience in data analytics. - Good to have: Security modelling and Auditing of both Web, mobile and stand-alone applications. - Good to have: Networking skills. - Good to have: Work experience in agile projects. - Good to have: Work experience UNIX, Shell Scripting. - Participates as a member of development team or teams; may lead a small development team. - Designs units for others. - Completes development to implement complex components. - Contributes to design activities; may design solutions. - Develops independently; participates in code reviews and may lead code reviews. - May lead and provide mentoring and guidance to less senior developers. - Designs, prepares and executes unit tests. - Applies in-depth or broad technical knowledge to maintain one or more technology areas (e.g. Web-site Development). - Applies company and 3rd party technologies to complex software solutions of moderate complexity. - Ability to explain complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Comfortable with client interaction and occasional travel to client sites locally within San Diego. - Experienced in conflict resolution. - Experienced in evaluating and establishing priorities. - Ability to use technical experience and knowledge to troubleshoot unfamiliar and complex systems to address system performance and application issues. - Independently implements end-user or enterprise solutions complexity or services prepared by more senior technologists for more complex solutions. - May assign work to others. - Provides time / resource estimates for assigned tasks. - May provide time / resource estimates for assigned projects. *Job Responsibilities:* - The person in this role is responsible for applying all of the skills listed above to implementing part or all of the technical solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed technical design. - Occasionally responsible for providing a detailed technical design for enterprise solutions. - Understands a broad spectrum of company technology in order to provide part or all of a detailed technical design which meets customer requirements. - Often leads small to medium technical projects. - Works with and under the direction of the Project/Technical Manager and with customer nominated representatives. - Liaises with Solutions Architect as appropriate. - Provides technical support and input on the application of technology to a defined business segment. - Provides advice on solution and integration opportunities to defined segments. - Provides technical leadership on specific integration activities that are part of an engagement. - Provides planning and design support for the development of solution architectures that will be implemented in a multiple system environment. - Communicates across client community, and is viewed as adding value. Demonstrates execution of the company strategy. - Contributes to knowledge tools and communities, and ensures project learning’s are documented and shared. - Role models Focuses on single customer. - Solves diverse and complex. - May lead a project team.
