If interested, Please share your updated resume(Word Format) along with expected hourly rate on C2C / W2? *Position :* *SQL Developer* *Location: Palo Alto, CA(Locals Only)* *Type: Contract Position* *Client notes* Ø Build database from scratch all the way up to reporting Ø Someone who understands API’s, data transfer, someone who has worked for atleast or around 5 years in a business environment Ø If they have SharePoint, as they need to integrate, that’s a big plus, someone who can populate the database (single sign on) Ø *Someone who can come in 2 times a week into office. client will let us know what the project is about so the candidates can give an estimate of how long it would take for them to finish the project. 40 hours a week role* *Job Description:* *KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:* · Excellent working knowledge of the functionality and capabilities of MS SQL Server · Database Administrator and very strong SQL Developer with excellent T-SQL and experience of SQL Server Integration Services and strong knowledge of ETL techniques · Good experience of large-scale data migration projects with multiple data sources and familiar with Extract-Transform-Load patterns and processes · Strong background in data modelling, data management and data manipulation, code management and version control · More than 5 years’ experience of SQL programming · In depth experience of performance-tuning SQL Server and Oracle databases code and environments · Able to understand business requirements and develop SQL Server solutions that work within the technical boundaries · Self-motivated and willing to "do what it takes" to get the job done · Capable of reasoning and thinking through problems and developing desired solutions, independently or with others as required · Strong problem-solving and analytical skills *MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE* – The qualifications below are the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform this job.
