· Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB)
· Oracle Data Integrator

· UNIX Scripting

JD:
· Overall depth of experience and length of time in providing services in
the area of Oracle Warehouse Builder.
· Overall depth of experience and length of time in providing services in
the area of data warehousing systems and HR data.
· Size and scope of the work of references similar to the District’s size.
· Relevant certifications, special skills and proficiencies.
· 1.Define data transformation rules and determine most appropriate method
for
· processing (extract-based, load-based, or dbms-based)
· 2. Prepare detailed data mapping documentation
· 3. Develop and maintain ETL logic (transformation code) within Oracle
· Warehouse Builder (OWB), and/or Oracle Data Integrator Enterprise Edition
· (ODIEE), and/or PL/SQL. This is expected to be a combination of PL/SQL
· And SQL-based UNIX scripts to support data value transformation.
·Provide support to ad hoc data requests
· Performance tuning of developed objects
· Load data into the Core data area(s) of the Data Warehouse system(s)
· Conduct timing and capacity testing to ensure production support
capability
· Develop exception and validation reports for transformation and load jobs
· Conduct data value testing at the conclusion of ETL development
· 10.Develop, maintain, and schedule ETL jobs using Unix Scripts or
Scheduler
· Software
· 11.Provide support to Business Analyst(s) in gathering and/or clarifying
data
· And reporting requirements from business owners
· 12.Weekly status report
· 13.Other ETL related duties as assigned
