Includes integrating the identity management platform with a variety of source and target systems including commercial products, custom applications, Web services, databases and directories to manage the identity lifecycle across the organization. · Understand the business, security, audit and regulatory compliance goals of the organization and the application landscape. · Produce detailed design documentation, including UML modeling · Responsible for designing and developing self-service UI features, Web service interaction, database and directory access, workflows and reports · Assist with production support issues · Participate in planning, requirements, design, code review, test case review and status meetings · Provide development estimates (LOEs) Unit testing Performance tuning · Participate in vendor evaluations pertaining to identity related products and architectural proofs of concept Adhere to standards and methodologies defined by the Consumer Architecture team · Become familiar with High Availability and DR application architectures · Work with the virtual tier II team to resolve production defects
