The BA must support the business through the implementation process. This position requires appropriate business acumen focusing on supporting a project team and the brands.. Areas requiring demonstrated knowledge include but are not limited to MS Word, MS Excel, and identify and documenting functional, technical and business requirements. Project planning experience is a major plus. *FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:* - Support the development and documentation of requirements - Provide support for the development of project, implementation and resource plans - Prepare and disseminate reports - Communicate with project team members, vendors, and store personnel *QUALIFICATIONS:* - Minimum 2 years experience in BA role within IT - BS or BA degree - Excellent communication skills - Ability to identify, develop and document business, functional and technical requirements - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Ability to deliver results through collaboration - Ability to resolve conflicts in a professional manner MUST HAVE 2 years professional experience as a business analyst working with IT.
