Knowledge of general IT tools, processes and systems used in the Financial Services or Banking industry + 4. General business understanding of the Financial Services industry is helpful. 5. Highly self-motivated and directed, able to work with minimal supervision (has to be a do-er not a follower) 6. Must posses the understanding and ability to conduct performance tests using Load runner or other performance testing tools 7.
