Must have 2+yrs of *Functional* experience with oracle HRMS module: a. Analyze data flow of HRMS and involved systems supporting business processes b.Design most efficient data flow to optimize performance and scalability c. Execute most efficient data mapping between HRMS and other systems to optimize performance and scalability d.Support customizing agent workflow and user configuration e. Support system configuration, testing, and migration, of all modules f. Project documentation 2. Must have a strong understanding of overall architecture of Oracle HRMS modules: *a. **HR, * *b.**Payroll, * *c. **Advanced Benefits,* *d.**EIS * 3. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization. 4. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator 5.
