* Peoplesoft Functional Analyst Needed in NY !!* Title: Peoplesoft Functional Analyst Location: New York, NY Duration: 6 month contract to hire *(so no H-1 candidates)* *CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL FOR A FACE TO FACE** *Even though they talk about the ELM module I can submit people without that but must have the other peoplesoft experience** *QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE* · A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Systems, applied Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics/Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field of study; and · Five (5) years of progressive, responsible experience in the field of data processing, computer systems and applications. · Successfully completed and/or involved in at least one full life-cycle PeopleSoft implementation and/or upgrade. Recent Oracle PeopleSoft Payroll, v9.0 experience required, v9.1 desired. · Must possess at least 3-5 years of experience in a functional role using PeopleSoft Core HR modules. · Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM Enterprise application. · Working knowledge of PeopleSoft Application Engines, Component Interfaces and PeopleSoft query management. · Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to identify problems and determine corrective actions. · Effective collaboration and communication skills as well as an ability to handle multiple assignments in a timely manner with minimal supervision. · Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio etc.).
