If you have any good resources kindly reply to this mail.* *Job Title: Project Manager* *Location: San Jose, CA* *Duration: Long-term Contract* *Job Description: * The client is looking for a PM/BA resource The candidate should expect 50/50 allocation of PM and BA work. Prior Cisco PM/BA experience is preferred. 10+ years relevant experience preferred. They need folks who can drive projects, issues, risks with minimal supervision. Self-starter, problem-solver, relationship-builder. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), professional integrity and work ethic are mandatory. Please note that this is for an on-site (not a telecommute) position. Additional activities may be required as project priorities, scope or requirements change *BA responsibilities: * 1. Maintain and ensure Contract Master List data integrity 2. Contract-to-customer mapping 3. End-to-end contract status maintenance, tracking & reporting 4. Ability to analyze legal contracts, data, processes (manual/system) and develop business requirement document based on project scope document. 5. Ability to perform gap analysis and business process optimization. 6. Review/validate functional requirements document from IT against business requirements, test cases against business and functional requirements, etc. 7. Track impact of Cross Functional requirements on Legal Key Business decisions 8. Manage issues and risks, escalate as needed, work with cross-functional teams and SMEs to address and resolve. *PM responsibilities:* 1. Provide project management and change management for the Legal CE team. 2. Prepare and maintain overall project plan, communication/training plans, etc; Document planning assumptions/decisions; 3. Facilitate communications among stakeholders and document approved project scope/deliverables, schedule, and resources. 4. Ensure that all project and project lifecycle checkpoints are met with the level of quality to ensure project success. 5. Work directly with Legal team, cross-functional teams, and SMEs to manage and drive project deliverables. 6. Ensure Legal engagement model, workflow, processes and best practices are followed 7.
