Design and implement test strategy and develop estimates for complex test projects Create and prioritize test cases for large/complex projects, including identification of risks and dependencies Coordinate test case review sessions with business users and development teams Report software defects; raises issues/concerns regarding issue prioritization Coordinate activities of multiple teams, including but not limited to development and project management Mentor testing team Conduct interviews; provide feedback and technical training Leads/participates in all phases of the IT Project Delivery Framework, including review of complex business and functional requirements for area of responsibility. Monitors adherence to established test standards and procedures.
