There is some client facing (clients visit them onsite) but most of this will be internal. Responsibilities of the position include: Work with internal and external client customers to define and finalize interface file requirements. Participate in requirements gathering sessions with internal and external clients as necessary. Provide ongoing support of interface files with internal and external client customers. Provide status of interface file requests to IT and client management as necessary. Reconcile conversion data between client and our clients. Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; or a high school education and equivalent work experience in business analysis, application development, or in operations areas; Experience with SQL/ORACLE/other IT applications. Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, organizational and Project Management skills; Customer service skills with strong relationship management skills with the ability to interact positively and successfully with all level of associates and managers to meet business needs; Ability to work on a team in multiple projects, the ability to work independently and own a project from start to finish. Knowledge of PC, client/server, and network environments; Familiarity with, and use of, Microsoft Office products. Annuity, mutual funds, financial services, or life insurance work experience a plus; Knowledge of administrative systems such as LifeCad, Omni, DST, EasyPay, MCS a plus. Knowledge of Agile development methodology is a plus. Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus.
