You will be responsible for building several reusable AngularJS components for various parts of the UI. These will leverage AngularJS Directives, Controllers, Providers, and Animations. The app will also consume a RESTful API, which will be built using Laravel 5. All components will be built on an Agile BDD lifecycle, thus will leverage Jasmine, Protractor and Bamboo for CI. Frontend JavaScript Developer End of the day they are looking for a good AngularJS developer. Someone who has actually build real business applications and knows some of the more complex concepts. This needs to be someone whose primary focus is developing JS applications, not a Java Developer who adds some Jquery to JSP pages. I suppose a React developer or an Ember developer might be able to make the switch to Angular, but those are even harder to find. I’d expect a candidate to have experience writing custom directives, know about how to work with Protractor for end-to-end testing, and have a solid understanding of Angular concepts like dependency injection, scopes and providers. Manager is looking for a good candidate could pick up the Angular stuff, But if anyone with strong front end JS developer who has worked with some of the other frameworks to develop single page apps, then we might consider them.
