This candidate will support the Service Delivery Manager, the Service Leads to ensure that service availability and issue resolution meets KPIs. Working in a team, the role entails supporting the global network (Security, LAN, WAN, Wireless, etc), as well as related appliances (WAN Optimizers, Juniper SSL, F5 GTM/LTM, Bluecoat proxies).
