Early response is really appreciated. *JOB Title:SAP BASIS Consultant* *Location:* *Concord,* *Massachusetts* *Duration:6+ Months* *Job Description:* Must have good understating of SAP architecture and its tiers (3 tierarchitecture). Knowledge of various types of data (customization, workbenchetc) in SAP system. Should be able to provide level 1 support to the users ofSAP in terms of understanding the requirement and determining area of basisadministration it pertains to. Ability to perform basic monitoring of system bychecking system logs. Good understanding and knowledge of transport managementsystem and ability to transport change requests. Conversant with service marketplace able to browse through SAP notes for the given problem and downloadrequired patches. Should be able to start/stop system with SAP MMC or byrunning commands on unix. Should have atleast 0 - 2 year of SAP experience inbasis administration. Experience in database and OS administration would beadded advantage.
