Understand basic fundamentals of iterative development 2. Understand other processes and methodologies and can speak intelligently about them and leverage other techniques to provide value to a team/enterprise 3. Understand basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures 4. Understand the value of commitments to delivery made by a development team 5. Understand incremental delivery and the value of metrics 6. Understand backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition 7. Familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practice *Qualifications:* 1. Knowledge of the software development life cycle 2. Certified scrum master/scrum practitioner - Multiple years' experience working with an agile methodology during a large scale, complex new development project for a large enterprise 3. Must be a Certified Scrum Master with 5+ years project management and Scrum Master experience 4. Knowledge and/or experience of Kanban 5. Excellent communication skills in English in written and spoken form 6. Excellent team player and team builder 7. Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic and timeline sensitive work environment 8. Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education and experience 9. Specific experience with development of accounting, finance, billing, and/or other financial systems strongly preferred. *Key Characteristics:* 1.
