*Required Skills:*

- NET Framework, VB.Net, ASP.NET, WCF, Entity Framework, SQL Server

- Experience in developing web applications using SOA architecture.

- Strong knowledge in Database Programming using MS SQL Server and
expertise in writing stored procedures and SQL queries.

- Experience working in Design-Deployment phases of software development
life cycle with a focus on system architecture and development.

- Ability to design and develop .NET applications using OOP concepts
including Front End UI screens using Web Forms in VB.Net.



*Expected Deliverables/Responsibilities: *

•Ability to serve as a link between Senior Project Architect and developer
or business analyst staff members

•Ability to guide developer staff on having good problem research,
troubleshooting and resolution skills.

•Think system primarily from the point of view of

Availability

Stability

Performance

Component Reuse

•Produce and maintain architecture deliverables in accordance with
established guidelines throughout the life-cycle of the project.

•Coordinate activity between architectural threads including Security,
Database and Web teams.

•Provide communication, documentation, and escalation of architectural
impacts and risks to the appropriate parties (Senior Architects, Project
Managers, and Application Manager)

•Coordinate and assist in setting guidelines for development standards,
enforcing Unit test policies, etc.

•Review structural UML diagrams including UML class, sequence and package
diagrams.

•Handling Version control systems (TFS) for source control, creating work
items, creating different branches and configuration.



*Description:*

Worker’s Compensation Automation and Integration (WCAIS) is a five (5) year
contract including maintenance with the Department of Labor and Industry
(L&I). The project is projected to be a 32 month implementation with its
first release “Appeals and Helpline” functions going live in 20 months.
Release 2 “Workers Compensation Claims and Adjudication” functions going
live at the end of 32 months.
