They made some recent hardware changes that are creating performance issues. Need someone to come in and figure out what is contributing to the performance issue and help fix it. Their Technologies: Mainframe based system Written in .Net. Citrix front end. Interfaces with IBMS and Oracle. Person will need to be ok with a tough environment. Said it will likely be unfriendly and there will be people that don’t want to work with them. Ned to be a “politician” type according to the manager – able to handle that kind of environment and win people over. Need to be technical enough to identify and isolate the issue.
