*Role: Sr. Data Stage Developer * *Location: New York City, NY * *Duration: 6- 12 Months * *Requisition Details:* Overview: Perform Production support and development and design activities at client site for ETL *Responsibilities* Interact with stakeholders for requirement Assist on support and enhancements modules Query Optimization Review functional requirements and technical specifications and document them as needed *Requirements **Must* Around 6+ years of experience on complex transformation and loading of high-volume data in terabytes Experience in Data stage Experienced in SQL, PL/SQL Knowledge of Production support and development Excellent communication skills Excellent in data warehousing concept Knowledge of BO Strong DW concepts Strong Analysis skills Have good communication skills, interpersonal relations, hard working and result oriented as an individual Strong skills in all aspects of SQL development (triggers, stored procedures, views, etc.) and implementation. Experience writing large, complex stored procedure involving temp tables, cursors, and multiple nested procedure calls. Experience in performance tuning , Strong performance tuning knowledge in SQL and ability to interpret plans, identify bottlenecks in queries and remediate them. Experience with ETL development (Datastage) and Data Integration. Strong knowledge of database technologies and principles, including data modeling, data mapping etc. Strong experience with data analysis, troubleshooting data issue. Fluent in relational database concepts and flat file processing concepts.
