Project Description:

 

Radar - Dashboard provides monitoring, analysis, reconciliation and alarming
for various revenue streams and processes as requested by business and IT
users. 

Back-end Client utility allows for development of parsers, loaders,
repositories, aggregators, compares, matchmakers, threshold values, etc.
that prepare the data for Dashboard display 

 

Job Description:

 

Provide Operational Tier 1 support for the RADAR application. Responsible
for monitoring all radar processes to make sure that KRAs are completed as
scheduled.

Also Provide minor development as required to maintain the RADAR
application.  

 

Skills:

 

1) Sun and HP UNIX Expert Required 

2) HP Oracle Expert Required 

3) SQL, PL/SQL Expert Required 

4) PERL Expert Required 

5) Advanced trouble shooting Expert Required 

6) Web Development/Java Expert Required 

7) Wireless Billing Expert Required 

8) Database Adm Expert Required 

9) Telnet, FTP, NDM, SSH Intermediate Desired

Project Description:

 

Migration of 750 Toll Free numbers from IXC to Client. Candidate will be
required to interface with owner of Toll Free number to gather required
data-set, validate required design, which would include switched Toll Free
Numbers, Dedicated Toll Free numbers, validate Advanced Feature requirements
and develop Minimum data set to place service order. 

Complete required Resporg paperwork to complete Service order. Additionally,
candidate will be asked to assist with Outbound LD migration project. 

 

Job Description:

 

Contractor will perform the following tasks: 

1. Own required data gathering to transition 750 Toll Free numbers from IXC
to Client 

2. Interface with Client to gather required data set, such as address
information, advanced features required, etc. 

3. Interface with Sales Team weekly to provide status of project. 

4. Assist in completing required service order to transistion numbers to
Client 

4. Complete Resporg work-sheet in order to complete transition from IXC to
Client 

5. Provide assistance to Sales Team in validating other data related to the
Outbound LD Migration Project. 

6. Records reconciliation against Billing and completing respective service
order to rectify erroneous billing. Toll Free and Outbound LD
