QUALIFICATIONS:

· Ability to work under pressure and multitask within a fast paced
environment.

· Communicate clearly with team members, technical support groups,
and management.

· Participate in and lead projects as assigned.

· Team player, customer service skills, fast learner.

· Provide solutions/suggestions to increase departmental
efficiencies.

· Participate in on-the-job, vendor and other training in advanced
troubleshooting techniques.

· May assume basic management duties in the absence of on-site
Supervisor/Manager.

· Use scripting languages to execute routine systems management and
recovery tasks.

· Ability to provide advanced technical support for Networking and
Windows Server 2008/2012/2016.

· Server and Networking hardware knowledge, ability install and
remove equipment/components

· Operational knowledge of applications: WUG, SCOM, SCCM, vSphere,
NetBackup.

· Functional knowledge of applications: SCORCH, vRealize, Riverbed,
SQL 2008/2012/2016, ESP.

· *Familiarity of AS/400, z/OS, UNIX, Linux is preferred*

*EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED/DESIRED*:

· Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field desired

· MCSE: Server, CCNA and/or CCNP certification(s) desired

· MTA: IT Infrastructure and/or MCSA: Server certification(s)
required

· CCT, CCENT and/or Network+ certification(s) required
