A data-visualization and reporting tool like Tableau will be used to produce the dashboard. ·The consultant should be proficient in data analysis and reporting, have experience using a tool like Tableau and have strong SQL skills. ·Ability to analyze and dissect user requirements and build front-end BI applications according to specifications. ·Performs the administration, configuration, maintenance & upgrade of Tableau Servers. ·Perform system design and specification development, program logic and flow-charting, testing, debugging, and documentation. ·Works independently and with supervisory review on moderate to highly complex programming tasks. ·Provides analysis of problems and recommends solutions. ·Prepares program specifications and develops coding logic flowcharts. ·Participates in client interactions, possibly with more senior team members, to develop system solutions to business problems. ·Works within established procedures to develop, test, implement, and maintain application software. ·Recognized as a SME on a particular system, aspect or module of a system. ·Provide production support of the system along with other team members in rotation. ·Experience, interest and adaptability to working in a Waterfall or Lean/Agile delivery environment. ·Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills.
