The ideal candidate will have solid experience in analysis, design and development of software applications using *J2EE*/Oracle with strong Integration experience. Needs to have 10-12years experience. Ideal candidate will have solid experience in analysis, design and development of software applications using J2EE/Oracle. This individual must have a solid understanding of the Java platform and leading software development methodologies such as OO and UML. This individual will be responsible for requirements gathering and software designs. He or she will coordinate developers to implement software designs and drive software initiatives through the entire software life-cycle. This person must be able to interface effectively with clients as well as other team members. This is a hands on software development role.
