Strong Hands-on knowledge of SIP, H.323, and *TCP/IP Protocols.* Strong VOiP QOS implementation using *G711, G729 protocols.* Experience with *IVR, E911, call recording, voice and video* conferencing. 3+ years working *with Lan/Nan routing and switching* in large enterprise environment. 3+ years working with *BGP, OSPF, EIGRP advanced* routing protocols in large enterprise environment. Experience in MPLS, Sonet, Gigabit Ethernet and Fiber Channel. 2-4 years experience with *Load-Balancing, 2-4 years experience with Lan-Lan tunneling with DMVPN.* *Skills:* Strong knowledge *of Cisco Call Manager* and integration with Lyne and Video systems. Knowledge of telecommunications systems including Avaya System Manager, Session Manager, and Communication Manager.
