*MUST HAVE SKILLS – ATG, Oracle ATG Web Commerce Expert (newest version of ATG), ecommerce, SOA. * SKILL SETS: 7+ years of experience in Object Oriented analysis, design, development and integration of software products in a company recognized for software development capability Oracle ATG Web Commerce Expert, preferable with certification 5+ years web services design and implementation experience in-depth knowledge of retail business backend Expert or extensive experience of Web Logic and oracle Experience using software best practices like test driven development (TDD) and continuous integration. Experience working with Agile methods and iterative development, such as Extreme Programming (XP), pair programming, SCRUM. Solid experience with design patterns, refactoring and unit testing and object oriented analysis/design. Familiarity with relational databases, preferably Oracle or SQL Server Excellent communication skills - must be strong enough for customer facing situations Proven ability to meet deadlines and successfully complete of deliverables. EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION: • 7+ years experience in IT/Software Development • Bachelor’s degree /4-year college degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must understand business processes, be a detailed-oriented person and quickly grasp new concepts.
