*UX+Visual Designer*

*Job Description: 8-10 yrs of Exp*
● Take a role in in the area of human-centered design principles and
interaction + navigation design
● Work collaboratively with cross-functional customer experience teams to
effectively integrate design expertise along with customer data into the
product development process.
● Passionate about all aspects of interactive design and a keen eye for
details.
● Responsible for the content layout, pixel perfect visual appearance and
usability design
● Superior knowledge of current web-design trends and techniques
(In-browser Design, Responsive Design, Grid Systems, etc.)
● Adobe Creative Suite (advanced Photoshop and Illustrator skills are
required)
● Experienced designing wireframes to create and deliver best of breed UX
concepts
● Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and Sass. Javascript knowledge is a plus
● Knowledge of highcharts or similar charting library, a plus
● Strong sketching/ideation skills
● Develop and maintain best in class design standards and specifications,
following client brand and style guidelines
● Develop and implement graphics, based off of industry standards, for
implementation in a wide range of technical environments and media,
specifically UI platforms
● Experience in web-based data visualization and reporting dashboards
● Superior knowledge of current web-design trends and techniques
(In-browser Design, Responsive Design, Grid Systems, etc.)
● Team player with strong collaborative work style
● Sharp-eye for concept and execution as well as production and business
facets
● Exceptional communication skills
● Design portions of interactive and interface design solutions for
screen-based software applications and systems based on established design
principles and in accordance with design strategy, practices, and
guidelines.
● Test and gather interactive and interface design data in accordance with
established research plans and specifications; analyzes, describes, and
reports results to design stakeholders.
● Develop and implements portions of interactive and interface design
plans, changes, specifications, and reusable design elements for new and
existing products.
● Collaborate and communicate with internal and outsourced development
partners on interactive and interface design and development.

*Qualifications:*
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in User Interface Design, or equivalent
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience
