*Position: UX Designer* *Location: Jersey City, NJ* *Duration: 27 Months* *Job Description* *Seeking a creative, dynamic User Experience professional to lead and contribute to the design of a great experience for our customers across desktop, web-based and mobile applications. In this role, you’ll be responsible for understanding business and user requirements and work with product managers and developers to improve user efficiency, effectiveness and satisfaction. * *Essential requirements:* *•5 to 10 years experience in User Experience design* *•Be comfortable in a leadership or team member role.* *•Involvement in user research activities including usability testing, interviews, work studies and heuristic evaluations.
