Modifying interface code if necessary for upgrades to the application. Interface tools are utilized for interfacing for versions 4.2 and less. Interfacing beginning with version 4.3 utilizes Corepoint as the interface engine. All HL7 translations and configuration are performed in Corepoint. Provide technical support to customers and other departments. Provide documentation to Support staff to help with interface support.
