*QA Software Test Lead* *Pay Rate: $50.00 C2C (MAX)*
*Interview: In person (Locals only please)* *Location: Houston, TX* *Duration: 12+ Months* *Description:* QA Software Test Lead who has experience working with product Project Managers, Developers and SME’s at all stages to promote quality practices. *Responsibilities for this Position Include:* Working with product Project Managers, developers, and SME’s at all stages to promote quality practices Leading key quality activities like test case creation, requirements traceability, test execution, defect reporting, etc… Manages schedule of Quality Assurance tasks and resources Assigning testing related tasks to test analysts Lead triage of defects reported and ensure that testers are following the correct process for reporting and closing defects Reporting metrics and progress to key stakeholders Work collaboratively with QA team to create and update test cases to ensure accurate and productive test execution Ensure that test design adheres to QA standards Track, document, and report testing status for the various releases *Requirements:* Minimum 8 years leading QA teams in full lifecycle of testing tasks Minimum 12+ years related QA experience with knowledge of testing tools and applications (test management systems, test automation tools, and performance test tools) Proven QA Lead experience on large scale projects and enterprise applications Strong knowledge of all phases of Software Development Lifecycle Strong working knowledge of software testing phases (Functional, Integration, Performance, and Quality Metrics).
