*Position - SAP HCM Implementation Location - Denver, CO Duration - 3-6 Months * *This SAP Payroll Consultant will provide analysis, design, configuration & support of the SAP Payroll solution.* *This role will be based in Denver office with some international travel (up to 6-weeks total throughout the project) in support of process mapping workshops, training, UAT, and Hypercare activities.* *Key Duties and Responsibilities-* • Work with SAP Payroll Lead in developing a detailed project schedule • Document, design, build, and deploy the Payroll solution • Conduct or participate in user requirements definition, blueprinting & solution design • Demonstrate proof of concept for the payroll solution & assist in training activities • Provide solutions for critical gaps signed off with business • Write payroll end-to-end test scenarios • Conduct Unit Testing, Functional Testing and Integration Testing and provide required documentation as per Newmont Quality Standards • Support data migration of HR Master Data and Transactional Data during trial conversion cycles and production cutover • Support business during Hypercare period (post go-live) • Work with Organization Change Management team for Payroll training materials • Provide timely status updates to the SAP Payroll Lead *Qualifications**-* • At least 4 to 6 years of SAP Payroll configuration with minimum of two full life-cycle implementations • Deep payroll schema skills to include working with custom functions and/or operations as well as rules • Experience working with the international payroll (country grouping 99) using a non-SAP supported country code • Creating wage types for a non-SAP supported country (copy from one country to another) • Experience configuring all aspects of payroll at least once (gross payroll, net payroll, posting to FI) • Ability to write program specs for custom development • Ability to debug programs • Ability to work both in a team environment and independently, receiving minimal guidance • Experience using Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and other MS-Office tools • International experience preferred *Regards,* AMIT KUMAR *Sr. Recruiter* *IDC Technologies Inc.*| *1851 McCarthy Boulevard, Suite 116, Milpitas, CA , USA, 95035* *408 668 8348 **I **ami...@idctechnologies.com* <ami...@idctechnologies.com>* I Gtalk: Recruiter.amitk | Skype: Amitiilm* *Web: **www.idctechnologies.com* <http://www.idctechnologies.com/> "Under Bill s. 1618 Title III passed by the 105th U.S. Congress this mail can not be considered spam as long as we include a way to be removed from our mailing list.
