*Position : .Net/UI/Frontend/Webdeveloper/Engineer* *Location : Seattle area candidates.* *Duration : Long Term* *TOP 3 required skills that candidates must have.* REST, JSON Web Services b.) UI test automation including Selenium *Previous Microsoft work experience is required*. 5+ years of overall work history is required, preferably more. *JOB DESCRIPTION:* In your role as an SDE, you will be part of an agile, six-member team to design, build, and maintain an automated test framework, and ensure key customer scenarios work flawlessly from subscription purchases all the way to invoicing. The focus of this role will be on Web Services testing and automation. You will have a voice in the features included in each sprint. You will also build a production framework in the Cloud to continuously monitor Microsoft Azure services deployed by the test framework you created. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about the Cloud Services running on Microsoft Azure. *Responsibilities:* 1. Review the existing manual test strategy and existing tools in place to design a framework to automate processes to reduce release cycle time and raise the quality bar. 2. Engage other test teams currently managing both manual and automated testing in disparate test environments to document and implement automated solutions. 3. Develop the end-to-end configuration, deployment and testing strategy from the ground up to meet key customer scenarios. 4. Design and implement a test framework running on Microsoft Azure to continuously monitor key billing scenarios for every Azure service offering. *Requirements:* 1. BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Engineering. Candidates without a degree will be rejected. 2. 5+ years of software development or test experience with excellent C# coding skills. 3. Prior Microsoft experience either as an employee or vendor 4. Good understanding of .NET framework and object oriented development. 5. Experience with any of the following: data driven testing and frameworks, web services testing, UI test automation (preferably using Selenium) 6. Experience with the following technologies: REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, LINQ 7. Experience in testing, writing test plans, and developing test automation. 8. Passion for continuous improvement 9. Action oriented, self-starter, independent and never satisfied with status quo. 10.
