VERY URGENT AND IMMEDIATE NEED Need only *EAD-Green Card *and* Green Card* and *US Citizen* Job Title: Sales force Developer Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL Duration: 06+ Months Contract The Salesforce Developer is responsible for Salesforce development as a member of a project team. He/she works closely with subject matter experts, scrum masters, quality analysts, and others to design, develop, and test Salesforce solutions for business problems. He/she may be asked to lead and/or manage other developers when doing complex projects. *Key Job Responsibilities* As a technical leader and/or contributor, solve problems of considerable scope and complexity, and mentor less senior developers with their work. Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, document, and deploy Salesforce solutions Provide oversight as well as hands-on development, leading by example. Designing, coding APEX,Test classes, Triggers (at least 70%) Help select and incorporate new tools and methods Work closely with project, application, and enterprise architects to develop solutions. Provide project level architecture, if necessary. Drive the continuous evolution of best practices within the Salesforce development team. Identify and recommend where increased automation, performance enhancements, application enhancements and quality enhancements may be incorporated. Balance customer and business needs to design, develop, test, and deliver against timelines. Contribute to architecture and code design, estimates, code reviews, and documentation to ensure top quality software. Monitors and evaluates competitive applications and products. Reviews current practices relevant to the solution of assigned projects. Experience in system integrations. *Minimum Qualifications* Bachelor's Degree - Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field *5-7 years of Sales force development experience* Sales force development engineering experience, excellent design and architecture knowledge Capacity to architect business and technology solutions. Experience with leading other members of the development team in design, development, implementation, peer code reviews, and technical meetings. Experience with finding creative solutions, juggling multiple concurrent projects, releasing rapidly, and producing elegant, customer-centric applications. Key individual contributor on successful delivery on a large product or project, with applied knowledge and participation in full life cycle development. *Preferred Qualifications* Application development experience using .NET, C#, MVC, AJAX/j Query, and other web development technologies Experience with Cloud Deployments, AWS, Git Hub Experience with education software Knowledge of Agile methodologies Automated build and continuous integration experience.
