Title : Sr. Qlickview Developer Location : NY / NJ Duration : Long Term Responsible for end-to-end design and development of QlikView reports and dashboards, built from existing data sources. Identify opportunities to employ QlikView solutions to meet customer reporting requests. Provide production support, including working with internal clients to identify issues and to ensure customer satisfaction. Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into the QlikView application. Document work processes; establish procedures to ensure reliable production of reports; transfer knowledge to other Reporting team members. Work independently, but in accordance with team processes and protocols. *Education & Experience:* Requires a BS/BA degree. 4+ years of relevant experience. *Skills:* QlikView development (Version 11 preferred). Excellent knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts. Excellent knowledge of SQL, including SQL Server or similar RDBMS system. Experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools. Experience manipulating large sets of data. Understand ETL and load scripting use within QlikView. Following QlikView best industry practices in data modeling, scripting and document creation. Experience on Solution Architecting involving QlikView. Experience on QlikView Mobile would be a plus. Exposure to Business Objects and Xcelsius is preferred. Exposure topredictive analytics and statistical software (SAS, SPSS) is preferred. Experience conducting requirements gathering from Business users. Solid written and oral communication skills. Solid project management skills. An eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. Strong analytical skills with an ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
