Strong experience on JAVA/J2EE Integration technologies/ Frameworks is mandatory. OpenSource Frameworks such as Spring, hibernate is required 10. Hands-on experience in at least one development tool 11. Experience should clearly demonstrate Industry patterns adopted, applied articulating the trade-offs and compromises adopted toward meeting the non-functionals 12. Providing detailed reliable solutions and developing statements of work and estimates for service implementations 13. Able to do design and coding in spring and hibernate 14.
