*Salesforce Project Manager (4 yrs. experience), Lansing MI*


The Salesforce.com Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning,
executing, and controlling all aspects of
the project within the constraints of the defined Statement of Work. In
addition, the Project Manager will
work closely with the Salesforce.com Architect to leverage features and
functions of the Salesforce.com
platform to incorporate Service Cloud features which will improve
departmental efficiencies and broaden our
knowledge base for faster issue resolution. The goal of the project is to
improve case resolution time as well
as the overall time for service through improved tracking for
Salesforce.com. The vision of this project
includes utilizing the Salesforce Service Cloud as the foundation for the
Contact Management and Call
Tracking Solution, using Computer Telephony Integration (CTI). The PM owns
the overall success of the
assigned projects and is accountable to ensure that the business outcomes
of the project are realized and
sustainable. The Project Manager must display leadership through coaching
and mentoring to all project team
members.


*Salesforce Architect (5 yrs. experience), Lansing MI*


The Salesforce.com Architect will work to leverage features and functions
of the Salesforce.com platform to
improve organizational efficiencies and broaden our knowledge base for
faster issue resolution while enabling
us to identify high-priority case types to increase visibility and
management of cases. The goal of the project
is to improve case resolution time as well as the overall time for service
through improved tracking within
Salesforce.com. The vision of this project includes utilizing the
Salesforce Service Cloud as the foundation for
the Contact Management and Call Tracking Solution, ultimately using
Computer Telephony Integration (CTI).


*Salesforce Integration Consultant (at least 2-3 yrs. Experience), Lansing,
MI*

The Salesforce.com Consultant provides analysis, development and support
for applications on the platform.
The Salesforce.com Consultant will work closely with the Salesforce.com
Architect to leverage features and
functions of the Salesforce.com platform to incorporate Service Cloud
features which will improve department
efficiencies and broaden our knowledge base for faster issue resolution.
The goal of the project is to improve
case resolution time as well as the overall time for service through
improved tracking within Salesforce.com.
The vision of this project includes utilizing the Salesforce Service Cloud
as the foundation for the Contact
