*Job Title:             Test Lead*

*Description:*

 -          Lead and contribute to the project planning phase particularly
to the

functional requirements & testing/quality phase.

-          Key participant in Business Requirements walkthroughs to ensure
clear

and concise & measurable business requirements.

-          Contribute to Functional Requirements definition via
facilitation, use

case-driven workshops & requirements traceability while conducting

required walkthroughs to ensure all business functionality will be

delivered via the system solution/project.

-          Develop and design future state business processes.

-          Lead the activities to support projects testing phases (ex.

functional, system, integration, performance, release-level testing)

including the defect management process.

-          Create and develop Test strategies and Test plans based on
business

requirements and processes, aligned with defined workflows and use

cases.

-          Lead and perform system integration, black box, and regression
testing

to ensure that the application delivers functionality as expected per

documented requirements.

-          Lead user acceptance testing

-          Analyze business requirements and functional specifications to
prepare

and execute test plans

-          Support traceability of test cases to upstream requirements and

downstream to defects

-          Generate weekly status reports for defect tracking, re-testing
closing

defects and reporting risks and issues to the Test Manager

-          Good interaction with System Analyst, Business Analyst and
Developers

in order to resolve the issues faster

-          Leading team in different Geographical locations

-          Data and Defect management process



*Skills/Experience Required:*

 -          Experience in the* Health Care industry with Clinical
Management*

-          Experience with *Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool*s,

specifically Microsoft Dynamics version 2013 a plus.

-          Experience with *Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act
(PPACA)*

health care reform projects a plus

-          Demonstrated solid knowledge of systems development life cycle;

particularly in requirements elicitation, analysis, traceability &

verification.

-          Demonstrated extensive systems analysis and design experience
required

via identifying & implementing business and technical solutions. This

should include modeling skills, to represent requirements information in

graphical forms that augment textual representations.

-          Demonstrated extensive knowledge and experience required to
support

complete life-cycle testing (integration, functional, user-acceptance,

regression).

-          Must understand and demonstrate Database concepts, SQL query

techniques and application architecture.

-          Experienced in the design/development of the user experience
with

knowledge of usability best practices.

-          Experience with Business Process development and design.

-          Bachelor’s Degree
