- Broad knowledge of middleware and database platforms
- Support experience in a technical environment
*Preferred Qualifications:*
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
- Health care industry experience
- Experience with New Relic a plus
- Working knowledge of ELK or Splunk for log aggregation
