Please share your consultant resumes at sharad.ya...@contech-it.com Local would be preferred Only USC, GC, GC-EAD need with "Scrum master" Experience *Job Title ::* Facets Scrum Master/Project Manager *Location :: *EDEN PRAIRIE, MN/ Phoenix, AZ *Duration :: *Contract to hire *Responsibilities include:* - Managing projects around systems and data architecture - Responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously - Heavily involved in setting up recurring status meetings with the business and IT, fielding questions from the business and IT, as well as handling issues that arise from the business or IT. - Anticipate issues and act proactively to address potential issues - Gathering and updating project materials, completing budgeting, forecasting, project documentation, business flows and lessons learned documents - Speaking to details of the project to both the business and technical teams from beginning to end of all projects - Obtaining maximum value from Information Technology project management services - Utilizing organizational resources appropriately - Management of key projects to ensure successful completion - Improving processes to optimize performance and value over time - Providing risk management and issue/problem resolution as required - SA background, from a developer or SA position, possibly QA, from the technical arena. Understands technology, understands data flow and how it is being manipulated. - Strong in budgeting and forecasting. (Health Care Company is instituting a rate card approach for resources assigned to work on the project – multiple rates by role versus one blended rate). *Requirements* - Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience - 5+ years of IT Project Management experience - 5+ years of working hands-on with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle - 2.5+ years hands-on prior experience in being a scrum master. - Can handle both waterfall and scrum projects (typically assigned to multiple projects (1 if large/complex; 4-5 if smaller/simpler), and we are in a transition from waterfall to Agile).
