TITLE: SAP HR Renewal Functional Consultants STATUS: Open LOCATION: Raritan, NJ, United States # of Openings: 1 Requisition Details: Primary Tasks and Responsibilities • SAP HR Renewal Functional consultant, with US Payroll experience (Mandatory). • Previous J&J Project execution experience is a plus. • Follow the SDLC project management methodology to deliver artifacts and Application Enhancements [Primary Responsibility] *Technical Profile Requirements* • Previous experience with SAP HR Renewal and FIORI projects is a plus • 10+ years' related experience • consulting experience required • Expertise in the HR function, processes and best practices • Experience in one or more of the following areas: functional configuration and implementation of SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Employee Central, SAP HR Renewal • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred Non-Technical Profile Requirements • Some flexibility in working hours is required (occasional over-time or weekend/holiday work) • Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills • Strong leadership skills and able to motivate teams is a must • Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision • Quick learner, motivated self-starter • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills • Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines Methodology/Certification requirements • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience.
