There's never been a more exciting time to work in health care where performance and innovation can fuel your life's best work.(SM ) Primary Responsibilities: • Evaluate business requirements and prepare the detailed functional and technical specifications that follow project guidelines • Work closely with Architecture team to ensure the Enterprise and Organization design and implementation guidelines are adhered to • Participate in JAD sessions and ensure that the requirements are clearly understood and documented • Work closely with Developers and Quality Assurance Analysts to ensure requirements and design are completely understood • Communicate design to all stakeholders and varying levels of the organization • Work with business users to groom requirements/user stories into system requirements and design. Create systems analyses, design and technical artifacts and work with developers to help them translate these into code and unit tests. Work with CQA to review test plans and provide inputs into the test cases. • Act as the liaison between Business and Systems Analysts, Developers and project management groups • Present and evaluate design solutions objectively and facilitate conflict resolution • Work closely with business teams to strategize solutions that support long term business objectives • Ensure IT deliverables align with business requirements with measurable results • Collaborate with QA team to ensure testing efforts align with system deliveries and business processes • Evaluate business requirements and prepare detailed specifications that follow project guidelines required to develop Technical Specifications for the development Team • Formulate, define and documents the functional system specifications • Devise or modify procedures that solve complex business problems with due consideration for hardware/software capacity and limitations, operating times and the desired results • Analyze and revise existing functional documentation • Generate innovative ideas to resolve problems • Meeting or exceeding all defined target goals and milestone dates for the project in order to ensure its overall success • Assist in training junior level personnel in technical complexities of assigned work • Ability to work well with remote and distributed teams Requirements: • 3+ years of System Analysis/Development experience • 5+ years of experience working in all phases of the System Development Life Cycle • 3+ years of writing System Specifications Requirements/Technical Design Document/Solution Overview Documentation • Experience with data gathering/analysis • Exposure to Agile/Lean Methodology • Experience in the healthcare domain with exposure to 1 or more of the following areas – Billing, Invoicing, Eligibility and Enrollment, Claim Processing, Claims Pricing, Finance. • Experience in the healthcare domain with exposure to designing or system analysis on integration with other enterprise apps using services. • Experience participating in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions • Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) and Visio Assets: • Undergraduate Degree • Experience reviewing and contributing to test plans and test cases • Knowledge of NetworX and Grouper Pricing methodologies • Knowledge and experience with FACETS • Experience with Programming Languages: Java, Sybase Stored Proc, .Net, SQL • Exposure to Big Data • Understanding of Facets configuration and customizations. • Experience with other healthcare COTS product *Regards,* *Rajesh Kumar* *[image: Techlogo]* *Sr. Technical Recruiter* *TEK Inspirations LLC* Cowboys PKWY, #3074, Irving, TX 75063 E: raj...@tekinspirations.com <s...@tekinspirations.com> W: www.tekinspirations.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP or Oracle Financials" group.
